Warm and generous. Thoughtful and lovely. Just a few words to describe Natalie & Carlo and the wedding they celebrated at 100 Braid St Studios in September. They went for a classic and cozy mood for their guests and were drawn to the rustic character and industrial bones of this venue in New Westminster. Most of all, they simply wanted to share these moments with their family and friends, bringing everyone together to celebrate. I loved this easy but meaningful intention for their wedding and am so delighted to have gone from a simple email dropping into my inbox to calling these two my friends.
GALLIVANTING AROUND NEW WESTMINSTER QUAY, HITTING UP OLD CROW COFFEE, AND THEN MAKING OUR WAY TO 100 Braid St Studios
Keeping the morning easy with their best friends: Carlo and his brother Juan looking dapper AF in their hotel room, while Natalie and her friend Alexandria relaxed Friends style. Seeing each other for the first time on your wedding day where the concrete, metal, and wooden path meet. Taking a photo break turned editorial style shoot at Old Crow Coffee with only window light to highlight your beautiful wedding version selves. Walking down the aisle with your mum while the dollar eucalyptus and cafe lights sigh overhead. You see each other, you embrace, you cry, you kiss and kiss again. You dance the night away.
Natalie & Carlo, I loved every moment of our time together. Let’s keep chatting about our sourdough hits and misses and hit up the climbing gym sometime?
