Heritage Hall Vancouver Wedding

From creating portraits using just a map and a lamp in Lindsay & Shawn’s flat in the West End to cigars outside Heritage Hall in East Vancouver, it’s weddings like these that make me very thankful to call Vancouver home.

Before they got married on Main Street in Vancouver, they had their first look surrounded by steps and branches away from the din of downtown traffic, held monuments on their shoulders and made reflections in shallow pools, and visited the Bacchus for drinks and a sweet melody offered by their best friend. They then made it official in the company of their nearest and dearest and absorbed the art deco splendour of their venuel. They danced and danced and danced. Theirs was a celebration of the art and people that surround their lives, and all the fun that inevitably happens when you get these two shining lights in a room together.
